No, we haven’t got short term memory loss: we said we’re a great place to work twice on purpose. Confusing? Maybe. But worth saying twice, because we took the Great Place to Work survey and confirmed what we’ve known all along: the team culture at Ergo is so good, it feels illegal.

We could bang on about the table football, the culture of support, the absence of office politics and how everyone’s just so nice. But for the purposes of this blog, we’d rather show you how we got the GPTW certification: through numbers.
