Designing a conference identity that grows with Nord Anglia’s global ambition.

The brief

Each year, Nord Anglia Education brings together its global Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for a strategic conference themed around a different central idea, such as Innovation in 2023 and Leadership in 2024. We are now in our fifth year of shaping the visual identity for the event, creating a suite of branded assets that bring each year’s theme to life across digital, print, and motion.

The process

For 2023’s Innovation, we developed a dynamic logo featuring rotating orbs orbiting the 'O’ - a visual metaphor for the interconnected parts of innovation. This design language extended across animations, presentation templates, signage, and data visualisation elements.

In 2024, the theme shifted to Leadership, and the identity evolved to feature upward arrows - signalling direction, growth, and purpose. For 2025, the theme was about looking to the future of Nord Anglia Education - with the focus on NAE 2030. This featured the arrows again, but this time in 'fast-forward’ arrangement that communicated speed and forward-thinking motion.

We work closely with Nord Anglia’s internal team to build each asset with clarity and cohesion: presentation design is always a major focus, supported by digital screens, pull-up banners, table plans, and more. The work is underpinned by a deep familiarity with their brand toolkit - reimagining existing elements to feel fresh, while staying true to the core identity.

The challenge

The nature of working on event design is the finite deadline - meaning a vital part of the process is getting it right on time. Client briefs often evolve during the process, and the conference - hosted in Switzerland - means factoring in international logistics and print lead times. Our team leads not only the design but also the project management, working across teams and time zones to deliver everything successfully and on schedule.

The result

Each year, the SLT conference branding has felt distinct, polished, and thematically rich. Our 2023 work was especially praised for how it brought innovation to life using existing brand elements in new ways. The 2024 identity again elevated their existing branding through thoughtful and clever use of their icon suite.  And in 2025 we retained that sense of clarity and momentum with a fresh perspective on what the future of Nord Anglia Education might look like.

Through fast thinking, smart design, and tight collaboration, we continue to deliver beyond expectations, year after year.
